[Closed] e13 single chain ring bolt torque??

Ok. So last job left and cant find what these little bloomin' screws are supposed to be torqued/tightened upto.

They're being used to mount a single renthal chain ring to my XT crank.

Please help.

If they are steel bolts just do them up nice and tight
