Here's a test for the STW massive
Has anyone got a direct e-mail address for Braehead Evans? I may have a warranty issue and I'd like to get some proof of purchase. However the matter is complicated by the fact I'm in NZ at present.
I've been in touch with Evans HQ who tell me they cannot provide a direct e-mail (smells a bit like a Bank Call centre to me!). I have obtained their tel number. However no-one has answered when I've called.

thats because no one is in yet, its 9.07 (at time of typing) in the morning and they arent open till ten. if you are really desperate to contact them you could email climbzone next door asking them nicely to print it out and walk it over to them reception@climbzone.co.uk. that might work better than you think.

I actually tried yesterday evening (my time) after the 10 o'clock opening time (UK time) and had no reply. I will wait until they open in an hour and try again.
