7 of us are heading up from Bristol in March to check out the North Wales bike parks. Thinking Dyfi on the way up, then Stiniog followed by Revs on the way home.

Has anyone else has done this and if so would you please share where you stayed? One place would be great for convenience sake but I'm wondering if staying near Dyfi on the Thursday night then near Stiniog for 2 nights might work better?

Isn’t Revs further north than Stiniog? It’s quite a long drive back in one hit as I did a trip to north wales this summer.

Did 2 black laps of CYB first day, then stayed in a very cheap and pokey bunkhouse that slept 4 (£18 each - can’t remember if that was for both night or per night) that was just a bit south of Stiniog.

Stayed in the same place the 2nd night then rode up / down Snowdon on the 3rd day. North Wales is pretty great.

Stayed here recently:

Cheap digs and secure bike storage (and there is a bar!)
