Interested in this too. I have two that are nacked. Contacted DX and all they would do is offer me $10 to spend in the shop. Lesson learnt. ๐Ÿ™

singletracksurfer - my first on had an intermittent connection problem. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement; took some time though. If you want you can try/have my old one to see if it fits your connector better. Drop me a line.

Gotta love that 'made in china' quality.

Ah ok, thanks Bakey, that could be handy - can;t see your e-mail address - mines in my profile. Thanks.

Are you messing with me cynic-al?
Don't know what my reference is/was, but last time I contacted them becuase a part was missing they wouldn't do anything until I sent a picture of the 'missing' part!

If you've got cookies set, just clicking in the box gives me all the order numbers I've used recently to choose from

I dealt with their customer services guys, I have to say they were brilliant. I did get the same "send us a picture" response initially so I responded "Don't be silly", pretty much, and that was fine. Easier to deal with than most UK companies.

(I broke a torch through horrible abuse, they still offered to replace it as the one part I needed was out of stock, instead I asked if it was OK if I had a crack at fixing it first and they agreed to honour the warranty even if I tried to bodge it- that's pretty damn good)
