Can you buy DVD's that help you train while using turbo trainers / spinning bikes ?
A mate of mine is now (unsurprisingly) bored while spinning in his spare room and wondered if there were any training aids. He used to do spinning classes, but has got a bike for home use instead.
Yes Carmichael training systems do different one,s MTB,road,hill climb,timetrial etc really good you may be able to get copie's 😀
Check out the sufferfest on google or iTunes. They aren't free anymore but someone might be able to give you the first few.
I put together a 30min video of my local trails and run the AVI on the the laptop in front of the spinner.
I could upload somewhere if interested.
The sufferfest ones are meant to be very good, going to have a look at them soon.
Coach Troy and his Spinervals series of DVD's like a spinning class on DVD coach by an over the top American, whoo yeah lets give it all we've got, great workout guys.
Easy to follow and actually the time passes fairly quickly.
