[#13535433]

Thinking of doing a route starting from Duddon Bridge , up through Ulpha, Birks Bridge, Seathwaite and back over Quarryman’s Cottage.( Have the gpx but can’t attach file on here).Anyone done it or got any helpful comments? We will be a mix of e and analogue bikes.

Can you describe the route in a bit more detail? I can find most of those places on the map ( apart from Q cottage) but no idea of how you  are joining them up.

Are you going down Stevenson ground? It's great.

<Edit to say that I mean the Bridleway that approaches seathwaite from  SSE, either from Stevenson Ground floor if it is dry  or from the top of the road pass>

So long since I've ridden there

Looks like  it has the grassy descent to Stonestar 🙂

Ascent from Ulpha to the top of Kiln Bank is interesting as ascents go

It's got the great descent to the pub 🙂

It seems to avoid the shit just near Harter Fell 🙂

It includes Wallowbarriw Gorge descent 🙂

That last descent to Duddpn Bridge..... Can't recall the detail on it but worth doi g.

Looks good
