We are heading up at easter - does anyone have any recommendations. Self catering or not, doesn't really matter? I'd like to be in the town really, we like a beer and some live music as I hear there is some in the town at times. Has anyone stayed at the Pend, it does get very good reviews?

Mrs TJ has stayed in the Hilton. Very nice apparently but a bit outside the town. Best I can do.
