Looks like something else to me.
As far as I can recall these were a crowdfunded/kickstarter project about a year ago. I worked with a few who supported it and happily slung them below their saddles.....

I've seen them before. They were/are being sold as "Bike-Balls" 🙄
Nothing new. I went on one of those naked cyclist protest rides, after 10 minutes every time I stood up on the pedals it looked like that.
I saw these on banggood, 40p cheaper (but will take about a month to arrive)

I tried to convince my manager we should hand them out to all cyclists now winter is closing in. Health and safety and all that.
I got one from Bangood 3 or 4 month ago, was a bit disappointed as when it flashes it cycles through various colours and doesn't just stay at the throbbing red I had expected.

I've got a red one. And a multi coloured one.
From the ads that pop up on Facebook, they seemed to be marketed as 'ball bag' lights - s****, chortle, ha ha....
Then they disappeared and came back as 'heart-shaped' lights, so perhaps they didn't sell that well as ball bags.
