Would the above axle be a direct swap from the rockshox maxle I have on my whyte t130?

Best I can tell, no.

I think rs use a 1.75 thread pitch on the rear, but that's from third party info as I can't find it on sram's documents (under dims it tells you "[various sizes] consult with your frame manufacturer").
