im about to order my new frame a pace rc405. the shock options are a dtswiss m210 or a rockshox monarch, im a 13 st rider medium frame. mostly trail riding and not particularly agressive, has any one got a review of either that they would like to share with me, performance and durability,
or should i flog whatever i get and get a fox rp 3

Personally i'd go with the rockshox. The new air shocks are getting very very good write up's in the states on forums such as mtbr. I had one on a nukeproof mega frame and it felt good.
