I used the dt Swiss kit to do mine, tbh you can probably do them ghetto style with some gorilla tape.

I have two bikes with 26” EX500 rims which are basically same as the 5.1 set-up tubeless with yellow tape, tubeless valves and Stan's sealant.
I use Tesa tape, same as Stan's yellow tape but much cheaper https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tesa-Tape-4289-no-tubes-rim-tape-complete-roll-25mm-wide-x-66-metres-long-/162354590164?hash=item25cd1671d4%3Ag%3A8wYAAOSwpdpVZtc%7E&_trkparms=pageci%253Ab5e7ba72-a7ae-11e7-b91e-74dbd1804584%257Cparentrq%253Adebc7a1815e0aa48e5af5954fffff2c6%257Ciid%253A11

There's a Pinkbike tech Tuesday video for exactly these rims being set up tubeless

Yes easily. The dt kit is the easiest if you can find one but I've also done a set ghetto.
