Mine is badly scored from the cassette. Struggling to find a replacement ?!?! Plus how do I stop this on a new one?!?! Do the make a steel option similar to Hope???

look on ebay - same freehub as on 240s.
9/10 speed £45
11 - more

no steel

take your file out and knock off the burrs. Should survive a little longer.

It runs the same freehub as a 240 which will help you find one online.

Iain's one has been drilled and machined out more aggressively than the standard ones, more like the freehub body on a 180 Carbon hub, but without the ceramic bearings. I'd buy that!

Simple problem is the freehub shell is ali alloy and cassette likely has a steel spider, so harder metal eats into softer.

A more expensive cassette with ali spider will help, though depends which alloy is harder.

I believe there may be a steel freehub option, but yet to look into that. When I got my 350 there wasn't the option.

Or just replace the freehub when it's too far gone.

Yup , I've had the same problem . I've been told XTR cassettes are kinder on ali freehubs , so will find out soon.
