Through all the clicks and no difference between any , plus when popping up the front wheel whilst riding the lowers seem to drop and knock.

Probably needs an oil top-up, when were they last serviced?

That’s the thing buddy they haven’t been serviced I’ll get them done , I’ve got rid of the air in the negative chamber and already they feel so much better 👍
