Hello. Can someone help?

Does the freehub body for a DT 240 road hub fit the MTB version without any problems?

Depends, what spec hub is it and what spec hub is it going onto?

Axles, the kind of freehub it is (11-speed for instance) and spacing can affect compatibility.

If it's a standard 130/mm 8/9/10 speed freehub and both hubs are Q/R it should swap straight over but you may need a new spacer on the end depending on what's already on there.
