I'm after something like this, but that ships to the UK for less than a £135 minimum order.

Failing that, something similar? Plenty of valves on ebay for RIBs but they're massive (comparatively). It's for squeezing a bulky down bag into a handlebar bag without trapping air.

It might come to that, but I've a podsacs bag that fits between the drop bars nicely which just needs to roll down small enough to not block the shifters.

Tried AliExpress?

Yes but gave up. Tried various search terms.

If you know anyone living in the EU then ask them to order it and send it to you?

If you do, I might be interested in a couple too 🙂

Would a dry suit dump valve work. They are basically one way valves to let air out but not in. Not that cheap but you should be able to source one locally eg: https://4thelement-diving.co.uk/products/apeks-drysuit-cuff-dump

Or

I cut up an old inner tube and removed the valve with a ring of tube material around the base. I made a small hole in the dry bag and poked it through and glued it.

Hey presta! Works a treat. Just get it in the right place so it's accessable when it's mounted on the bike

Other option is one off a kids armband, or a bit of inflatable tat

That had occurred to me. Good to hear it works. What glue did you use?

I have done a couple, one with puncture repair glue and one with aquasure. Both are fine, it just depends on what the drybag material is, the aquasure is best but it sometimes won't bond to certain plasticy materials very well

Opening the valve also makes it easier to get the contents out of the bag if it's a tight fit
