gravity all the way:
Reliable, light. In case they fail, parts are very easy to get. Plus it's easily home servicable

Recently bought a KS i950 - 5" of adjustment and no side to side play whatsoever.

Not had it long enough to report on its longevity though, but happy with the operation and apparently they are improved over the i900 that had problems.

Looks infinitely less fugly than a GD too.

+1 for gravity dropper - easy to service at home and reliable.

Only thing i would say is that the cable routing is not great on the turbo and as such i have gone to just the descender setup.
