Is this the Caf'e in Afan if so I do believe it does.

Yes, at least it did last time i was there a few months ago.

Yes it does, and you'll be thankful for it - on 02 and Vodaphone it was about the only place in Afan I could actually communicate with anyone back home, lousy phone signal.
