[Closed] driving laws applicable at GT - provisional license question.

say, hypothetically, one only held a provisional license. one's companion is the designated co-driver of the car.

if, at glentress (FC land, no?) the provisional license driver were to drive alone, perhaps to drive the car down from buzzards nest to the bottom, would he be breaking the law? if its not a public highway do the same laws apply?

fwiw hypothetically the driver is good enough to pass their test and would have driven most of the distance to GT...

Not saying you would be speeding, but this thread is a fairly good discussion of the relavent traffic laws.
