I'm fairly new to mtb. I have been riding hardtail for 4 years. Am investing in a FS this spring. I mostly ride single track but have been dabling with more challenging terrain. I currently have 3x9 setup but interested in a 2x10. What tooth configuration should I be looking towards?

Have a search on here - its been debated afew times. You could go 2x9 22/ 36 chainrings and that gives you most of the gears you have now - missing the two tallest.
