[Closed] Driver convicted for murdering a cyclist

Looks like justice. And AFAIK law often depends on precedences, so this conviction has only got to help

this is an extreme case of road rage on a cyclist. I have been the victim of being chased and its scary. At least in a car you have a hunk of metal protecting you to a certain extent. this guy had to know what the consequences were likely to be death for running into someone on a bike with a car just like stabbing someone is likely to kill, and rightly he was sentenced for murder. justice prevails!
