As above , I managed to snap the end of a torq screwdriver head in my Juicy front caliper. Whats the easiest way to get It out without knackering the whole caliper head. ?

If the tip of the torx screwdriver bit is stuck in the bolt I'd focus on trying to get that out, maybe pry it out with a small screwdriver. If that fails the dremmil a slot and use a flat bladed screwdriver. Depends on the postion but you might get a pair of molgrips around the bolt but you need some space and risk scratching the surface.

Is it the bleed port bolt?

Araldite a bit to it and leave it to dry then remove it once it's dried and replace the bleed bolt.

Have you tried using 'easy outs?

I snapped a torx bit in my rear mech hanger and that got it out after I'd nearly destroyed my rear triangle

it's hard to drill out a pan head torx screw by hand accurately if the head is totally snapped off as centring your drill bit can be tricky, might be worth getting it done on a pillar drill, even small EZ outs need about a 3.5 to 4mm hole which doesn't leave much margin for error on an M5 bolt.
