Now this may be a bit of a daft question but.....
I have always worn shorts for DH whatever the weather but winter s cold and I am a delicate flower etc so I thought I'd invest in some DH cheap and occasionally nasty from CRC.
Now my question is do people wear pads underneath them? I normally wear armoured shorts and knee shin pads. Would the shorts, knee shins or knee pads fit under the trousers? I could buy and try but if its a no I'd rather not bother!

Most people would wear knee pads. You can get lycra shorts with hip / bum guards in them if you need that. Probably wouldn't put baggy shorts under them, though.
