After a reshuffle ( 😳 ) in the shed I decided to refit a pair of RS7's to my Soul but in triple ring format....

Stumbled at the first hurdle as the spider is only dual ring compatible - doh!

So......Dual it is 🙄

First question ..... I have an un ramped 32T Renthal ring that I plan to use on the lower position - will this work? I.E. shifting up from it?

Second question .... What ring to go for on the outer? Brand & size suggestions needed.
