You get a day pass from the wife and plan a great solo day out in the peaks then 5 mins into the ride your freehub goes bang!!! **** **** **** ****!!!

Look on the bright side - you were only 5 minutes in and not at the furthest point away from home you could be which has happened to me before!

Or you could have done what I did and load the car up, drive to the trail centre then realise you'd left your riding shoes at home...
