Looks like a laugh and has got to be great for core fitness..
I noticed yesterday though, when I was riding (past) my local DJ and free ride trails, a growing pile of trashed and rusted kids bikes that had obviously been used for exactly this, and then just chucked in the bushes when they broke

Yes, 16" makes the trails come alive.

I like that. Our tip always has loads of old kids bikes for sale. I reckon it would be great to organise a race where the riders all draw lots and have to ride whichever one they draw.

We used to do this as teenagers years ago whenever we found some old bikes in a skip! Removed the brakes and painted them with a tin of hammerite first though!
A lot of skill on show there, they are being super smooth to avoid destroying the bikes.
