That guy needs a good tidy.
Is there a certain irony about a possible thief selling a bike with a lock? Hard to say whether it's dodgy tho...

I notice it is for sale in wester hailes which is pretty much the worst estate in edinburgh, not the sort of place one would expect to find a bike like that.
