Hey all. If I use tokens to change the travel on my Helm Air, will it change the height of the fork, and hence the head angle of my bike? Cheers!

EDIT:- I take it all back, I'm not familiar with the Helm.

Thrown by the difference between spacers or tokens.

I think on a Helm you do use spacers to change the travel, which is why you have to manually balance the air spring. Progression is changed by moving the piston head thingy. Different to Fox, Rockshox etc.

Increasing the travel by 10mm will change the axle-crown height by 10mm and slacken the head angle by about 0.4 deg.

Yep, spacers not tokens. Sorry!
