he should be in the best shape of his year right about now. he was carrying a bit of weight before the Giro

Saw him at the National at the weekend and yes, he has lost a load of timber compared to last year.

Also saw him last weekend and looked in good nick.
[b]Very[/b] good with the crowds at the Leazes Crit (which he wasn't racing, but still turned up to).
