Looking at Silverfish, it seems that there is a Grip 2 Factory 2019 which is on sale at less than a grand, or a Grip 2 Performance Elite 2020 at over a grand.
Q1 is there any difference between the 2019 and the 2020?
Q1 if there is a difference, why has it been applied to the Performance-Elite but not the Factory version.
What I'm after is a 27.5 160mm boost 44mm offset, grip 2, QR, Factory fork in matte black.
My guess is that the Factory is kashima, the performance is not. The factory is reduced because of being 2019 but internally they should be the same

The Factory is certainly Kashima. My question is more about what difference there is between 2019 and 2020 as if there isn't any, then the 2019 Factory is a no brainer.
Slightly lower performance logos on the 2019.
Substandard decals? We can't have that.
Don't think the lowers have changed, or the stanchions, grip2 is grip2 and the air spring i think is still the EVOL in both years, so as others say, decal change is about it i think.
Suggestion of an improved grip2 for 2020.
Aside from that, basic model year clearance pricing structure applies.
