Has anyone got one if so who makes it? I want to use a ratchet, I might have to modify a park one if not!!

Why not put a socket on your ratchet instead?

I thought they were all 1/2 in drive? My cheap one certainly is.....

It's a bit daft if it's not, because cassette lockrings are one of the (if not THE) most important bike part to use a torque wrench on, especially with ally lockrings and carriers like XT etc

Mine just says BikeTool on it with a spanner logo. I got it from one of those one day sales

Park tool uses a 1" socket.

Off the top of my head, I'm sure my shimano on takes a square drive. It's even drilled for the detent ball.
