I've been grading all my rides (and XC runs) for years using my old school report method; effort and attainment.
Tend to do it right near the end or as I'm freshening up post-ride. E.g last night was a 3hr blat round Pitch/Winterfold that scored [b]9 and 9[/b] ... perfect conditions, super fast and super flowy, paid homage to a couple of trails I've not done in yonks, found one new trail (parallel to Ladies Legs IIRC) and generally had a blast.
Anyone else?
