Also for a road bike is there any benefit for fitting full ceramic bearings considering the state of our roads these days??

I've used this lot a few times, fast and efficient, and had some odd sized ones I needed and couldn't get elsewhere, have an ebay shop too:
I have found that ebay is normaly a really good place to buy bearings , speaking from experience of buying bearings for all sorts of stuff. Ebayers love good feedback and generaly ship quicker & cheaper i.m.e.
