I'd say someone is missing a "roberts" which clearly isn't fully rigid!
thats got to be either a real schoolboy error or more likely one seriously dumb tea-leaf! I mean it's not like its got the name written on the bike and clearly displayed in the picture!

To be fair to him, if you check his feedback he bought:

Obviously doesn't know much about cycling - but probably not a thief.
