His use of capitals alone is enough to make you question him. What is the RAIL THAT MOVES THE FRONT THREE COGS thing? Is it the front mech?
the first bike the image is off the more dirt website i would try to contact the person who posted that pic and ask.
If you have to ask, it's dodgy!
My guess would be the sales are genuine as both bikes are available to view, but reasonable chance they are stolen hence library pictures (hoping that the real owner won't spot it) and, despite having two quality bikes, complete lack of any knowledge of any bike terminology.
