The photographer took her phone out of her pocket, put the camera in and take a picture.
Why did the photographer not launch onto him hence causing the thief to fall onto the ground?

£2000 bike? The wheels are probably worth that! Glad he's been caught - wonder what the sentence will be?

Out of interest, does the value of the item stolen have an influence on the sentence given? I appreciate that a million pound diamond robbery may well be taken more seriously than bike theft, but given that a "good" bike can have the same value as a family hatchback, would the theft of a bike like this carry the same punishment as nicking a car say?
