Putting it down would kill my knees, but yeah, maybe I could put it back a little.

That scott does look nice btw ๐Ÿ˜€

Just seen the photo. put the spacer that is on top of your stem underneath it;it will raise the bars by 10mm, but that is nothing in the grand scheme of things, and as you get older and less flexible it will pay off...

The grand scheme of things? Like the universe? It would make a massive difference. And it would look horrible. And I could never live with myself.

Don't think you can even run a spacer on top of those, so I'm guessing it would have to be safe. Also looks pretty stiff.
