[Closed] Do rear shock bushes have to have the split?

I have just installed my last one and they all had a split to allow some give when installing. These come highly recommended on feedback and cheap, but have no split.

BTED have expensive nylon type ones.

Any recommendations? (for a fox, DU bush)
