[Closed] Do I need a new helmet?
I fell off today at a reasonable pace, no real injuries but I did give my helmet a good clout. After I got up I had expected to see it cracked but can't see anything wrong with it. Replace or keep it??
Replace. No question.
100% replace. The foam under the shell could have compressed and offer less protection in future.
Not worth the risk.

I'd always replace a lid if it had taken a good hit.
Were you happy with the helmet before? If so why not just buy another?

Check if there is a cheap crash replacement policy.
It's one of those 'if you have to ask...' questions.
Off the top of my head ( 🙂 ) Troy Lee have crash replacement policy if the helmet's less than 2 years old.
