What do the STW massive think? Personally I reckon there are a few miles left in there!

I was going to post something about learning to pedal more smoothly, but looking again I'm not sure how you've managed to wear that chainring out like that! The teeth just where the chain meets the ring look fine...?
I replaced my Uno ring with a [url= http://www.homebrewedcomponents.com/store.php/categories/spiderless-rings-for-middleburn-cranks ]Homebrewed Components[/url] ring. If you can afford to wait the lead time, they're very nice.

Still - without taking a dremmel to that ring - how'd it get like that?
