As the title really comparing to a 2.4 conti mountain king and looking at 2.1 highroller as I think people say they come up big.

I've not tried the smallest ones but the larger ones all come up one size too small- the 2.7 measures close to 2.5, the 2.5 close to 2.35, the 2.35 is barely over 2.1. It's pretty ridiculous tbh.
Mind you 2.4 Mountain Kings are also badly undersized.

Really? Most of my 2.3" tyres must be coming up very small, but my 2.35" HR appeared to be quite large.

Small-in 2.35 guise (well bigger than a 2.25 mountain king but WAY smaller than a 2.25 Ardent FWIW)
