[Closed] do Canyon still sell frame sets?

they seem to put frames on the outlet site, I think.

There are some on the outlet.

Although looking at the "crash replacement" prices the frames are crazy in comparison to a whole new bike.

eg a 3 year old Nerve frame would be replaced for £959.20 whereas a whole new bike is £1069.

Yeah, their frame prices are mental.

I suspect that their business model is essentially to pass through all the kit at or even slightly below trade price, so that they only make their profit on the frames. They make a decent profit, customer gets good value.

When selling frame-only, they still need to make the same profit, so the frame looks expensive - or, looks like the same price as anything else!
