Owt else from Halfords that would do if not? LBS will have whatever is perfect but Halfords is 2 minutes away.

The multipurpose grease for £6 is the stuff i use for my pedals, its like silkolene and can be use for anything

Cheers, Simon. Got some this afternoon. Turns out the syringe is shagged though so I couldn't inject any grease anyway.
Bikeshop or chemist or something for a replacement tomorrow.
