Just bought a Trailstar for a mate.
Needs to go on a diet.
Looked on DMR website.
Seatpost 26.8
Seatclamp 30mm
Does this go for all frames, new & old?
The cranks look very heavy as does the seat.

I think my old post was 26.8 and the clamp was 28.6.
On a MK2 Trailstar
Hmmm, this is advertised as a Trailstar 2. Any obvious way of telling which model it is?
My Trailstar 2 has "2" on the name badge. Not much use if it has been de-stickered though.
Also has mounts to take a rim brake post on the chain stays which looks to be missing from the later models. APS I think it was called
Pretty sure mines a Trailstar 2 (Matt grey/gunmetal finish, APS brake mounts, ISCG tabs)
