Prefer lights with 18650 batteries as I can carry spares and wanted a quick release solution without mounting anything to the handelbars, turns out you can attach an extra female garmin plate under the k-edge (intended for gopro mounts).
Got a male garmin plate for a couple bucks on ebay and attached the Skilhunt H03R flashlight rubber mount (comes with the light) to it with a bolt+nut+washer and epoxy.
Very pleased so far!
