I'm considering buying a bike from Scotland without seeing it. Its £1500.
Now, it doesn't seem like a scam, but you never know. Its not through Ebay, I don't know the bloke at all, only got his mobile number so far. But he seems ok.....
I guess the question is,
if I pay through Paypal (not gift) and get him to courier it to me how much protection does it give me?
