Ok, I've just bought a new On One 456 carbon frame with 2010 fox float RL 150 forks, I'm building the bike up with an XT groupset with XT disk brakes.
All I need to know is this - are the forks post mount or IS and the same for the frame, post or IS?
Any help would be very much appreciated....

I may have just answered my own question - Post mount for the forks and IS for the frame....
