So looking for a set of disc brakes for a enduro bike, 170 mm front travel and 155 rear 27.5 wheels ( not mine eldest daughters) looking for a good quality brake set as reasonably priced as possible ( not hope or anything £150 per end), is there anything better the deore 4 pot ?
Anyone seen any deals?

I think deore 4 pot is your best option.
Yep - Deore 4 pot on my Mega. Fit some Saint sintered pads when the originals wear out and you've got a totally reliable but very powerful brakeset for very little cash.

A similar alternative is the Sram Guide RE. Really powerful from my experience.
Double the price, though.

A friend has the 2 pots. They're OK, but I wouldn't want them on my bike.

I agree with the Deore 4 Pot suggestion. I've got them on my bike, they cost £115 for the whole set and were easy to bleed. They have plenty of power and feel like a Shimano brake at the lever. Spot on.
