Anyone do the Duathlon today. R lad entered but not heard from him yet.
What was weather and course conditions - muddy presumably ?

I raced today, in the sun surprisingly !
Course was as hard as Margam always is. Bike leg was nothing really technical, apart from where slippy mud made the turns on fast fire-road descents a bit point and hope. Lots of long climbs.
Fininshed in 2.09 which I thought was respectable given my level of fitness. I think i shuffled around the second run though.
It may not cheer anyone who is entering the enduro tomorrow, but I am glad I only had to ride one lap of the enduro circuit, especially as the rain is lashing against my window here in Swansea.
