I like your style Dark Side.

Was mulling over subbing in Mike Jones myself but hoping to see how he does in a warm-up race first.

Ratboy
Greenland
Mick Hannah
Hill
Manon

Might change before it kicks off though, not sure on Hannah and Greenland might be a risk

Sick Mick seems a surprisingly popular choice.

I love his style, but he seems to have struggled to find form in recent years.

Wouldn't see Lourdes as his track but he might be practicing Cairns as I'm typing this!

I wanted the team moniker "Bikey McBikeface" but someone beat me to it, so it's "Backpedaling furiously".

Weird we have about six teams that nobody has claimed and maybe four of you whose teams haven't appeared in the mini-league.

I suspect the site is on the fritz, maybe drop them a line Deviant?

It says it can take up to 24hrs for new teams to appear in a mini league.

Minnear for consistency and Sam because he is local and i'm optimistic he will find the form this year. Steve smith, again hopefully back on the pace and Emyr davies as my wildcard. Manon for the girls.

Loic because he's fast

Tahnee because she's fast and rides Transition

Phil Atwill as a wildcard because he is so bloody stylish

Neil Stewart other wildcard, again Transition and damn stylish

Hill because I had 150k left and couldn't really buy anyone as good for it!

My choices are influenced by who I like, Gwin and Gee I just find it hard to cheer for

Thats what I though till I saw him about 17s back on Troy at the nationals last weekend ๐Ÿ™ But better value that Steve Peat at $175k

Yeah as much as I love Peaty at 175k no chance. Sam might be a mistake but i'm optimistic. Troy is on fire at the moment mind.

*klaxon sound*

Rachel's been a bit under the weather.

From Twitter...

6 days in bed with the Flu and counting... Not how I imagined the weeks leading Upto World Cup 1 &2 would go ๐Ÿ™

Didn't this happen to her last year as well?

I think it was 2 seasons ago she seamed to be ill for most of the season, couldn't shake it off, and she does seem to pick up illnesses quite often. Makes me wonder if she overtrains trying to keep up with her brothers workloads.

Possibly.

But then I've got the lurgy AGAIN at the moment - and in all honesty I couldn't be accused of overtraining.
