Hi,
My girlfriend hasn't rode her bike in while so got it out the shed and she noticed the bike won't go into its lowest gear.
I tried following instruction on how to set up the rear derraleur but it doesn't seem to help.
I have adjusted the b-spec screw but it is interfering with the easiest gear no matter how much I adjust it.
Any Advice appreciated

Bike has probably fallen over, derailleur hanger bent - either see if you can 'tweak' it with a large adjustable spanner with the mech removed, or take it to your LBS to have it realigned
